For Doug, it all started with a cassette recorder he got for Christmas when he was 12 years old. His favorite person to interview was his Gramps that would share stories of his life and even sing a couple of songs in Swedish. The last words his Gramps said were "Please Remember Me." Doug is now a grandfather himself, and as a longtime broadcaster,  helps facilitate people to tell their story...even if they don't think they have one.

Doug has been a broadcaster for over 40 years and can be seen weekly in his TV show, Jessop's Journal on ABC 4 TV. You can also see Doug as the TV Garden Guy that airs during Fresh Living on KUTV 2, KMYU 12, KJZZ 14 ; Good Things Utah on ABC4, Studio 5 on KSL 5 and The Place on FOX 13. Nicea DeGering is the "Godmother of Lifestyle TV" and is the host of the longest running lifestyle show in Utah, "Good Things Utah" on ABC4-TV. You can see a number of her interviews HERE.
